Naturally occurring, highly sweet protein

Delivers much less added sugar and calories compared to products made with sucrose

Has a negligible impact on proteins, carbs, and fats due to its high potency/low dosage

Highly soluble and can be dosed into products from highly concentrated solutions
(~ 20 wt. % in water)
Heat-stable across a wide pH range
- Stable over a wide range of pH from 3 to 7 at typical dose rates
- Thermally stable up to 100 °C for 1 hour in liquid solutions at typical dose rates

No excessive or persistent foaming when subjected to mixing shear in liquids
