You only need three simple ingredients: puffed quinoa crisps, creamy peanut butter, and Oobli dark chocolate—made with sweet proteins instead of sugar for that rich, melt-in-your-mouth sweetness without the sugar crash. They’re sticky, satisfying, and snackable—so don’t be surprised when one turns into two…or three.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bar of Oobli dark chocolate

  • ¼ cup of peanut butter

  • 1 ½ cup puffed quinoa crisps

Directions:

  1. In a microwave safe dish, melt the chocolate and peanut butter. Mix until smooth.

  2. Add the puffed quinoa crisps and mix until well combined.

  3. Scoop mixture into mini cupcake molds.

  4. Chill in the freezer for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate has set. Enjoy!
