Recipe: Peanut Butter Chocolate Shell Iced Latte

When the days get warmer and longer, nothing hits quite like a refreshing iced coffee to fuel those sun-drenched days. We’ve whipped up a version that delivers just the right caffeine boost with a hit of satisfying sweetness.

This frosty treat is as fun as it is indulgent, starring the unbeatable duo of peanut butter and chocolate (name a better combo — we’ll wait). At the heart of it is our Oobli Let’s Go Nuts Bar, transformed into a crackable chocolate shell that envelops your latte like a dessert hug. Inside is creamy peanut butter mixed with bold espresso and milk, chilled to perfection. Chef’s kiss.

Oh, and did we mention this delightful drink low in sugar? Thanks to Oobli sweet proteins, you get all the decadence without the drawbacks. You’re gonna love this one a latte!

Ingredients:

  • Oobli Let’s Go Nuts Bar

  • 1-2 espresso shots

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • ½ tbsp peanut butter

  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Place Oobli chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing in between, until fully melted.

  2. Once melted, pour into the cup around the edges to create a chocolate shell. Set in the freezer for a few minutes until chocolate sets.

  3. In a drink shaker, combine ice, espresso, milk and peanut butter. Shake until well combined.

  4. Add fresh ice to the chocolate shell cup. Pour pb latte over top.

  5. Squeeze cup to crack the chocolate shell. Enjoy!
