There are two types of people in this world: the savory breakfast people, and the sweet breakfast people. If you’re in the sweet category, you know nothing hits quite like a coffee-shop muffin and a hot cup of joe. The problem? That tasty muffin is almost always packing 20–30g of added sugar. Not the best way to fuel up your morning.
We’ve got a smarter swap.
This better-for-you breakfast clocks in at just 14g net carbs and only 2g of added sugar, so you can indulge without the guilt, thanks to a Hero Bagel base and an Oobli Chocolate/cream cheese mixture slathered on top. Don’t let anyone tell you sweets aren’t for breakfast.
Ingredients:

7 oz cream cheese — (we love Good Culture for the creamy texture and simple ingredients)
